Features of the Liftparker N 4400 E/D

- Key switch incl. emergency stop, dead man's control type with brief operating instructions and wiring to aggregate
- "lockable key switch" - Key is extractable from switch only when the installation is lifted.
- s/d-installation with 2 platforms, 2 column assemblies c/w hydraulic cylinder, lifting carriage and hydraulic unit.
- Width of lot 230cm and depth of pit 170/165 cm as standard
- Width of lot modified to 240cm and wider or PD 185/180 and deeper recommended for higher car accessibility and conveniences synchronizing device to improve operation with unequal load distribution entering wedge for car positioning.
- Safety device to prevent from lowering in case of pipe fracture

- Mounting on installation and aggregate with HD-anchors, wiring with impact dowels
- Bonded anchors for increased foundation requirements

- Drive unit "Silencio" with tubing and wiring to the installation
- Hydraulic package "parallel operation": simultaneous lifting of 2 or more installations per aggregate at given pump capacity, or simultaneous lowering respectively

- Safeguarding to DIN EN 294
- Lighting to DIN 67528, illumination of parking lots and buildings for parking
- Foundation exactly to size, clean and dry
- Compliance with installation requirements as per quotation
- The measurements are minimum finished dimensions.
- Tolerances to VOB part C (DIN 18330, 18331) should be considered supplementary.

Foundation Plan:

The pit must be executed in compliance with the designated forces. All forces are led into the ground via bearing plates of a minimum area 150cm2. The bearing plates are fixed with metal straddling dowels. The drill hole depth is approx. ca. 14cm. All walls in the pit below the entrance level must be of concrete.
